At Yourchoiz.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of every refurbished appliance we sell. All products are thoroughly tested, verified, and delivered in proper working condition. To ensure transparency and customer confidence, we offer a 1-Day Easy Return Policy.

1. 1-Day Easy Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 24 hours (1 day) from the time of delivery. Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is not functioning or is defective at the time of delivery or installation
  • An incorrect product or model has been delivered

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, documents, and packaging provided at the time of delivery.

All return requests are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team before approval.

Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 2–3 working days.

2. Return Request Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order details along with a brief description or images of the issue.
  3. Our technician will schedule an inspection at your location.
  4. Upon verification, a pickup and refund or replacement will be arranged as per policy.

3. Warranty Coverage

All products sold on Yourchoiz.in come with a standard warranty of up to 1 year on motors and compressors, where applicable.

After the completion of the 1-day return period, any technical issues will be handled strictly under the applicable warranty terms.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Physical, accidental, or transit damage caused after delivery
  • Missing parts, accessories, or altered product condition
  • Return requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery
