At Yourchoiz.in, customer satisfaction and product reliability are our top priorities. Every refurbished appliance purchased from us comes with limited warranty coverage on essential components to ensure smooth performance and peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty provided by Yourchoiz.in is limited strictly to the primary functional components listed below:

Refrigerators

  • Warranty: 1 Year on Compressor only
  • Covers: Compressor and cooling-related performance issues
  • Does Not Cover: Body, shelves, lamps, fans, thermostat, wiring, sensors, or any other electrical or cosmetic parts

Washing Machines

  • Warranty: 1 Year on Motor only
  • Covers: Motor performance and operational issues
  • Does Not Cover: Drum, control panel, inlet/outlet valves, sensors, wiring, or any other mechanical or electrical components

2. Complaint Registration

Customers may register a warranty-related service request by contacting our service team:

While registering a complaint, customers are required to provide:

  • Product name and model
  • Date of purchase
  • Clear description of the issue

3. Service Timeline

Once a complaint is registered and verified, a technician visit will be scheduled within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Service Process

  1. Complaint registration via call or WhatsApp
  2. Technician assignment after verification
  3. Technician visit within 48 hours
  4. On-site repair for minor issues or service-center handling for major repairs
  5. Customer confirmation upon completion of service

5. Important Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the motor (washing machines) and compressor (refrigerators) only
  • All other parts, accessories, and cosmetic components are excluded
  • Warranty services are valid only within Bangalore city limits
  • Physical damage, voltage fluctuations, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty
  • All products are refurbished, pre-owned appliances and are fully tested before delivery
