1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty provided by Yourchoiz.in is strictly limited to the core functional components mentioned below:

Refrigerators

  • Warranty: 1 Year on Compressor only
  • Covers: Compressor-related and cooling performance issues
  • Excludes: Body, shelves, lamps, fans, thermostat, wiring, sensors, and all other electrical or cosmetic parts

Washing Machines

  • Warranty: 1 Year on Motor only
  • Covers: Motor performance and operational issues
  • Excludes: Drum, control panel, inlet/outlet valves, sensors, wiring, and all other mechanical or electrical components

2. Complaint Registration

To request warranty service, customers can contact us through:

  • Product name and model
  • Date of purchase
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Full address and contact details
  • Invoice mandatory 

3. Service Timeline

  • Technician visit within 72 hours of complaint verification
  • Excludes Sundays and public holidays

4. Service Process

  1. Complaint registration via Call or WhatsApp
  2. Verification of warranty eligibility
  3. Technician assignment
  4. Technician visit within 72 hours
  5. Repair:
    • Minor issues → On-site resolution
    • Major issues → Service center handling
  6. Customer confirmation after service completion

5. Important Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is limited only to Compressor (Refrigerators) and Motor (Washing Machines)
  • All other parts and components are not covered
  • Warranty valid only within Bangalore city limits
  • Warranty void in case of:
    • Physical damage
    • Voltage fluctuations
    • Water damage
    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • All products are refurbished, second-hand, and pre-owned, and fully tested before delivery
