• All washing machines and refrigerators are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation within Bangalore city limits, subject to product availability and operational conditions.
• Each appliance is securely packed and handled by trained delivery personnel.
• Customers receive a confirmation call prior to delivery to coordinate a suitable time.
• Free home delivery is provided on all eligible orders unless stated otherwise.

3. Installation Policy

• Installation is generally completed on the same day as delivery.

4. Lifting & Staircase Charges

In cases where lift access is unavailable or not operational:
